Welcome to AskThreeBots. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "user"), and Giant Niche Limited, a company incorporated and registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of the AskThreeBots website, applications, and related software utilities (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.
1. THE SERVICE AS A VERIFICATION UTILITY
AskThreeBots provides a multi-engine artificial intelligence routing and consensus platform. You explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following core operating principles of the Service:
Probabilistic Outputs: The outputs generated by the Service are compiled from third-party artificial intelligence large language models (LLMs). These outputs are probabilistic, algorithmic approximations. They do not constitute professional, financial, legal, medical, or structural advice.
No Factual Guarantee: While the Service is designed to highlight discrepancies between models to reduce errors, we do not guarantee 100% factual accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output. Final professional verification and judgment remain entirely your sole responsibility.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use the Service, you must be at least 16 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials to your account and for any activities or actions occurring under your account.
3. PAYMENT, RECURRING BILLING, AND CREDITS
Subscription Plans: By subscribing to a paid plan ($29, $89, or other specified tiers), you authorize us to charge your designated payment method automatically every month on the anniversary of your sign-up.
Payment Processing: All payments are securely routed and processed via Stripe under their regulatory and security standards (PCI-DSS). Transactions are settled in United States Dollars (USD). Local taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.
Consensus Credits: Your subscription tier provides a fixed bucket of recurring Consensus Credits. These credits are refreshed at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle and are permanently forfeited if unused.
Top-Up Credits: If you purchase independent, one-off credit packs ("Top-ups") outside of your monthly plan, these top-up credits remain active and valid for a full twelve (12) months from their exact date of purchase, regardless of your monthly subscription status. Any unused top-up credits will permanently expire at the end of this 12-month window.
No-Refund Policy: Because our multi-engine system instantly allocates high-cost compute resources on upstream server networks upon request execution, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, pro-rated balances, or credits once your subscription allotment or top-up packs have been consumed. You may cancel your plan at any time through the dashboard to halt future recurring charges.
4. UPSTREAM API DEPENDENCIES AND MODEL AVAILABILITY
Third-Party Networks: AskThreeBots routes requests through an external AI gateway (OpenRouter) to downstream frontier model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
Model Substitution and Outages: Our Service depends entirely on the uptime and availability of these third-party systems. In the event of an upstream provider outage, API modification, or technical failure, we reserve the right to substitute equivalent "Frontier" models without notice to prevent service interruption.
Regional Constraints: Third-party model providers enforce strict geographic availability rules (reflecting export controls, policies, or local regulations). You acknowledge that in certain regions—including Hong Kong—specific models may be substituted, hidden, or unavailable based on administrative configurations beyond our control. We disclaim all liability for temporary delays, omissions, or model substitutions caused by global AI infrastructure changes or regional access variations.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our Property: The AskThreeBots name, custom multi-engine consensus code, interface designs, logos, software, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Giant Niche Limited and are protected by Hong Kong and international intellectual property laws.
Your Content: As between you and Giant Niche Limited, you retain ownership of the text prompts you input into the Service and the output text generated by the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to deliver the Service to you, in absolute alignment with our Privacy Policy.
No Foundation Model Training: We explicitly state that we do not use your proprietary prompts or generated content to train our own or third-party base foundation models.
6. INTENDED USE AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree to use the Service strictly for lawful, professional purposes. You are expressly prohibited from using the Service to:
Generate malicious software, code intended for cyberattacks, or facilitate illegal acts.
Submit prompts that contain materials depicting harassment, severe harm, exploitation, or violating third-party intellectual property or data privacy rights.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or systematically extract the core routing architecture or interface of AskThreeBots.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law under the Hong Kong SAR, Giant Niche Limited, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or legal complications arising out of or relating to:
Your reliance on any probabilistic outputs or factual inaccuracies generated by the AI models.
Any server data incidents, breaches, or infrastructure failures occurring upstream within the networks of OpenRouter or downstream model providers.
Your inability to access specific models due to regional export or provider blocks.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service exceed the total amount paid by you to AskThreeBots in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Giant Niche Limited and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including data privacy or intellectual property rights.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China ("Hong Kong"), without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
10. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to your account or the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive consumption of system assets.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When material updates are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and notify users via a system notice or an email announcement. Continued use of the Service following any structural updates constitutes formal acceptance of the modified Terms.
